City of Flagstaff Permit Requirements

As in the County, the City of Flagstaff allows a storage building to be up to 200 square feet without a building permit. However they do require a minor improvement permit for smaller buildings. That permit is an inexpensive easy do it yourself form that you can submit at City Hall.

In the City of Flagstaff a building permit is required for buildings over 200 square feet. We will submit the application for you but will need a site plan from you with the information the city requests, or you can submit the application yourself at City Hall.
