Covid 19 Update

While our hope is that Covid is on the decline and we can start to breathe a sigh of relief, we are not fully done with it yet and we are still practicing safe protocals. 

We can welcome you in our office and maintain safe 6' distancing. We also can take orders by phone by email if you prefer.

Our carpenters are healthy and ready to work.We build on site in your yard and have no need to enter your house. For your protection and theirs they also practice safe distancing and wear protective gear if necessary.

We realize during these unusual times that normal doesn't exist, so if you are in need of backyard storage or perhaps a small office or school room away from the house, we can safely build one for you. 

All our suppliers are also open and we can build your outbuilding or garage with no personal contact. Your and our safety comes first.

As many of you have heard the prices of building materials has doubled, tripled and sometimes more over the past year. Unfortunately we have had to raise our prices to reflect our supply cost increases. While our estimates are fair and are as current as possible, there are times when our quotes and time of build can be up to a month or so. It is possible that due to the volatility in the materials market, prices may be subject to increase if material cost rise substantially, up to 10 days before construction. We will still try to keep our costs affordable to you and provide a quality product at a fair price.
